Is there a trial period for the Premium subscription?

The annual Individual plan comes with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — cancel before it ends and you are not charged. The monthly plan and the Family plan start right away, without a trial.

How does the Family plan work?

The Family plan covers up to 4 people, including you. Invite them by email from the Family screen in your account — everyone keeps their own Tweek account, their own calendars and their own Premium. You can free up a seat and pass it to someone else at any time. When a member leaves the family, or the plan ends, they go back to the free plan and keep all their tasks.

I already pay for Individual — can I switch to Family?

Yes. Open the Family screen in your account and switch there: we only charge the difference for the rest of your current period, so you are never billed twice. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the switch isn’t available there — write to us and we’ll move you over.

Are my payments secure?

We neither have access to nor store your card details. All payments are performed through the payment service provider Stripe. 

I’m from Europe. Do I have to pay VAT?

It depends on whether you purchase your Tweek subscription as a company or as an individual. As an EU company, you can simply enter your VAT ID number during checkout to deduct the VAT from your order. However, if you’re buying a subscription as an individual EU citizen, you will be required to pay VAT.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for processing payments. It supports payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Discover bank cards. You can also subscribe to the Individual plan via the App Store and Google Play. The Family plan is available on our website only.

Do I pay separately on the web and in the app?

No. One Tweek account, one subscription, and it works everywhere you sign in. Just remember to cancel where you bought it: a subscription purchased in the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled there, not on our website.

I can’t pay for your service because the payment fails. What to do?

We use Stripe, which is a well-known and trusted payment gateway. Sometimes transactions are rejected and we can’t do anything about it. The problem may be between your bank and Stripe. The most common reasons for declines are:

— Incorrect credit card number or expiration date;

— Insufficient funds;

— The bank declined based on location;

— The bank's fraud rules blocked the transaction

— Issues with browser.

What should I do if I still cannot make a payment?

1. Try to use another credit card.

2. If you have problems with the form, please use another browser.

3. Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.

4. Try disabling various blockers in your browser, such as Adblocker.

Does my subscription renew automatically? Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions renew automatically so your plan doesn’t lapse. You can turn renewal off yourself at any time from your account, and you keep Premium until the paid period ends. If a renewal caught you off guard, email us at hello@tweek.so — we’ll sort it out.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account — you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. After that your account goes back to the free plan, and your calendars and tasks stay with you.

Where can I find my invoices?

When paying for a subscription, Stripe, as well as the App Store or Google Play, automatically send invoices to the email address you provided during payment. You can also download your Stripe invoices yourself at any time from the billing portal in your account. Invoices are generated automatically based on the information you provide and cannot be changed.

ChatGPT, Claude and Tweek MCP — what happens to my data?

Those apps reach your calendar through the Tweek API using a key you create yourself, and they only see what that key gives them access to. You can revoke the key at any time from your account and the connection stops working immediately. The API and Tweek MCP work on the free plan too, just with a lower request quota.
